With just a week to go before the Dutch Supercar Challenge and Mosler Challenge kick off at Silverstone, teams are performing final pre-season checks to their cars after the winter lay-off.

BlueBerry Racing was at a sunny Assen to test their improved suspension. The day also proved useful as the team encountered some minor issues during the day. Driver Berry van Elk: "It was a useful day for the whole team. After a long winter it’s great to be back in the driver seat of our Mosler to test some improvements to the handling and power of the car. The whole team loved to be on the racetrack again to see the car at full speed. We had some issues with the cooling of the rear end of the car, but we are glad we encountered it today and not at Silverstone next week, because now we can solve it at the workshop over the next few days."

New Mosler driver Alex van 't Hoff was at the wheel of his MT900 GT3 for the first time at Silverstone on Tuesday. Together with fellow Mosler Challenge driver and head of Mosler Europe Martin Short, he took his weapon for 2010 through its paces. The ex-Harry Mecke car has been rebuilt and improved by Mosler Europe during the winter and has been painted in a striking orange and black livery in keeping with the rest of the Mad and Daring outfit.
Alex van 't Hoff declared that first impressions were all good, and he is looking forward to next week to see how his well his car performs alongside the other cars in both the GT class and the Mosler Challenge.
